For two decades Steve has been a top producer in the talent acquisition industry and his diverse resume has allowed him to develop relationships in the fields of Logistics, Management, Administration, Manufacturing and Transportation.
Dave Cates
VP of Operations
Dave is a Data Scientist, Management Consultant, and Electrical Engineer with nearly two decades of cross-
sector experience in utilities, manufacturing, consulting, and academia.
He is a PhD with extensive knowledge and experience working with AI Agents, Machine Learning and Large Language Models.
